Q:How can i get the Sample?
A:1)If there is existing sample, 1 sample will be free but the express freight will be collected.
2)If customized sample, please pay sample cost and express cost.
3)If you place an order directly, we can make one free sample before mass production.
Q:Can the umbrella be customized?
Answer: we can do customized umbrella on handle、canopy. We can make small logo print and also full print. If you want own designs,you can share us your designs in AI or PDF in high resolution file,so we can make free mock up for your reference.
Q. How to get a quick price and place an order?
A: 1) Pls tell us your umbrella model ,size , umbrella quantity and provide the printing logo ;
2) then we check the cost and do a design for your reference;
3) After you confirm the cost and design, you arrange the deposit ;
4) After we get the deposit, we start to do the Pre-Production Sample;
5) 5) After you confirm the Pre-Production Sample, we start to do the mass production.6) After we finished the order, we will arrange the shipping as per your requirement!
Q:How many MOQ for your customized umbrella ?
A:1.We are an umbrella factory, so any quantity is OK. The unit price mainly depends on the quantity, the more you buy, the cheaper the unit price.
2.A: Normally 50/100pcs for stock umbrellas, how many pcs would you like? we are factory, moq is a bit of flexible, we will do our best to support you.
A: Normally 1200pcs for customized umbrellas, as it need to customized the frame. how many pcs would you like?
