How to receive guests ?

As an own umbrella factory , we sell OEM umbrellas for all over the world , so many customer will be visit our company after place order , to check our factory and umbrellas quality .

How to receive guests ?it is a question .

1: Before customer visiting , we need confirm the time ,place ,then prepare the samples umbrellas(such as 3 fold umbrellas ,golf umbrellas or some new types umbrellas ),umbrella quotation, fruit and coffee or tea .

2 : Once umbrellas arrived our company , need to be polite and careful , show umbrellas samples to them and introducing our
company ,factory ,umbrellas and person .

3: When after leave company need clear up samples umbrellas and rubbish ,then record the details of customer require ments .
